VECTOPOWER inverter
The compact VECTOPOWER inverter offers a fast and precise speed and torque control of the VECTOPOWER three-phase motors. The highly dynamic FPGA-based control manages the operation of asynchronous motors and PM synchronous motors. It also guarantees a stable control of the VECTOPOWER electric motors up into the strong field weakening operation.
The VECTOPOWER inverter precisely implements instructions from a central control via CAN as the required rotational speed or the required torque.
Features and functions
- Temperature control of motor and inverter
- The VP encoder also evaluates the absolute position even at standstill.
- High power density (saves space in the vehicle)
- Specially developed for use in electrical mobility applications, e.g. electric cars
Advantages
